Anyone else like nascar?

lol i'm from NY, and well, i do know a few upstaters that looove nascar, but i went to alabama for my brother in laws wedding and wow!!! nascar EVERYTHING! it was like, if they missed their races, someone was gonna die! lol 

i never got into it. then my ex was all about it, and i had to watch a race with him. fell in love with it and loved it since 

i guess the crashes are okay, i dont watch it but when i had to i was bored to death. i'd rather watch football or baseball anytime lol. i do however love drag racing and demo's. i've always wanted to go to them.

I can't stand the crashes. I know it's a risk those drivers take... but it just breaks my heart to know some guy is in that vehicle. I know they are fine most of the time, but still. 

you wouldnt believe some of the wrecks ive seen, and they walk out of the car with no problem. 

yeah i have that feeling too, but i mean, what else is there to be excited for, its a reallly long race, cars going fast, going around a track 500 times... guess its just not my cup of tea. 

Yes, but I'd have to watch the wreck to see them walk away... and it's unbearable. *sigh* I had a hard time watching Brett Farve get hit so many times. I did walk out of the room for a few minutes. I'm just weird like that. My husband is always asking why I just say "owe", and it's often cause I feel bad for the table that I just dropped something heavy on by accident. Who feels bad for inanimate objects? I do, constantly. I'm insane.

I love Nascar. I used to LOVE Jeff Gordon when I was younger. LOL. I like NHRA better though!

I was in love with Kevin Sorbo when I was little. I can't believe he's 50 now. I'm still in love with Richard Gere. That man is hot. Ooo, and Alan Rickman, most especially as Colonel Brandon in Sense and Sensibility....

Lol well ok. Only reason I don't like him is the ex who got me into Nascar hated him, so I did too lol.
